Refund policy

 

We do not except any returns or exchanges. Any items damaged will be replaced or a claim must be filed with USPS Mail Courier. You must send photos of your damaged product(s) in order to get a credit or new item replaced. We are not responsible for any packages lost or stolen after items are shipped. All priority packages are insured and customer has the right to file a claim (with courier, USPS) if needed to receive a full refund for lost or damaged goods. Claims can only be filed for priority mail only. 

We begin making your items as soon as you place your order, so cancellations need to be made within 24 hours from when you place your order. We may not always be able to accept your cancellation request. Please take note: Orders take up to 3 days to prepare. Everything is made to order here at SALT + SOL CO.

Wholesale orders are made in the order they are received. We usually have them out in a 10-14 day time period. In some cases longer. It depends on order size & time of order. Holidays may have some effect on shipping. We ask for your patience in this case.

Discounts, Free Shipping, Special Sales- Please allow 6-8 days to ship. Please allow (3) business days to prepare order. Holidays may take even longer. No refunds or returns. 

Removing the tags or labels off of our merchandise is not allowed.We reserve the right to discontinue wholesale business with anyone reported doing so. 

All Wholesale Orders are non-refundable. Exchange only for items damaged during shipping.Items will be replaced at our cost. No exceptions. All items that are damaged, must be sent back to us in order to get a credit for new order. There is two week window to return items to us and a tracking number must be sent via email to saltsolco@gmail.com. 

Large Event Order Policy

All large event orders are custom-made and created specifically for your event. As all of our products are made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been placed.

Please review your order details carefully before submitting, including quantities, product types, and event dates. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

If any items arrive damaged, we will gladly replace them at our cost. To qualify for replacement, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged products and packaging.
